CVS Moneymaker: Earn $8 ECB’s*DEAL IS DEAD*

Rise and shine porcupines! It’s a happy moneymaker morning! I was reading on commoncentswithmoney last night about a wonderful way to earn $8 ECB’s at CVS:
The “Buy 2 Pairs Adult Sunglasses, get $10 ECB” deal apparently ALSO includes these items:
- Style Science Lens Cleaning Clothes that sell for $0.99 each (pack of 20 reportedly package is silver color)
- Car Cleaning Cloths at $0.99 cents each
- Style Science Glass Cases at $1.99
Pick up 2 packs of Car or Lens cleaning cloths and you’ll owe $2 and get $10 ECB back! This deal ends 6/20 and you can only do 1 Per Card. You can probably find these next to the sunglass towers, or in the reading glasses section.
I tried that and it didn’t print the ECB’s for the Style Science glass cases.

I did some research around the other sites this morning, and a couple of them have marked the deal as “dead” in the last day or so. It appears that anytime CVS finds out one of their deals is super-great, they pull it. I’m trying to find out if the deal was advertised anywhere so that you will have a leg to stand on in shooting an email to corporate. Anytime I’ve ever called corporate about an issue, they have always been very helpful in resolving it or putting bucks back onto my card. I’ll get back with you as soon as I find out!
Sadly, because the deal is not advertised anywhere, it’s probably not something we can get corporate to fix. I’m sorry it ended before you could do it, I’ll update the post now that I know! Thanks for the heads up-
